Blanket Talk

I started with a pillow and gained enough confidence to move on to creating the blanket.  Poppy even offered to help....Never mind that she's holding the needle the wrong way.  She secretly just wanted to be photographed in a red bathing suit because she thinks she looks good in it.

Here's the end result.  I thought it came out beautifully despite my minimal skills.  I even managed to make a few more pillows, bigger ones this time.  I'm so proud of me.  Just don't ask me how long it took to do all this....And I think I'm having way too much fun with Poppy.  She is after all my first doll of 2010.
