Miniature Monday #1

If you've had a doll who's demanded a chair to sit on or a flower vase to pose with, at one point or another, you've most likely had a brush with miniatures.  I love dioramas and because I'm not artistic enough to make anything by hand, I'm always on the lookout for miniatures wherever I could find them.  To better organize mine and your blogging experience, I've decided to feature my miniature finds on Mondays whenever possible.

Today's miniature is an itty bitty painter's canvas that I found at an art store.

One day, hopefully sooner than later, my partner will draw a picture on it like she promised.  For now, my Artist silkstone ponders what that drawing will be.

As an aside, when I took this picture I meant to post it here in color.  But since it didn't come out clear like I had hoped, I made it black and white in photoshop to minimize its flaws.

  1. I was just trying to think of how I could make a photo into a black and white shot. I love Barbie's outfit too! The pencil skirt...the striped shirt and the hat! Tre chic!
