Good 'Ol Charlie Brown Christmas
I finally found my camera charger! It was staring me in the face the entire time! I knew my current camera is good but you really start to appreciate it when you try taking pictures with your old camera and everything comes out blurry without the flash on.
As soon as I charged up my battery, I wanted to take a few photos in clarity. I had some random crap all over the the doll room floor (note to self: please clean up your crap) and in one of the small containers, I found the old Charlie Brown toys that I took home from a doll show four years ago. I wish I had more of these. I'm missing some epic characters like Schroeder, Peppermint Patty and Marcy. Anyway, I took what I had and these photos are the result.
One of the things I love about the holiday season is the good excuse to watch those Charlie Brown Christmas specials on t.v., the obvious inspiration to these photos. I never get tired of the cartoons no matter how many times I've seen them.
You gotta love Linus. He always appears calm and collected, often spouting great words of wisdom to Charlie Brown. But in reality, he has some serious Great Pumpkin and security blanket issues! Don't we all? Hahaha!

DeleteJust Play has a 10 figure collector's set which includes the characters that you want. I'm not sure how the figures compare in size to yours, and it's a bit expensive, since it's a 10 figure set. But I thought I'd throw it out there. I love your Charlie Brown tree.
